Chris has spent more than 20 years working in Information Technology across corporate environments, supporting Microsoft technologies, business systems and cybersecurity.

Before founding SBCC, Chris spent years working within large-scale technology operations — the kind that run 24/7, where systems simply cannot fail and security is non-negotiable. That experience shapes how he approaches every small business engagement.

After seeing many small businesses overwhelmed by confusing advice and unnecessary complexity, he founded Small Business Cyber Care with a simple goal: provide honest technology advice that helps businesses feel secure without making technology another thing to worry about.

Chris believes good IT should work quietly in the background, allowing business owners to focus on running their business.

Yes. Onsite visits are available and are charged at the additional support rate of $149 + GST per hour. Many issues can be handled remotely, which is often faster and more convenient. When an onsite visit is the right solution, we'll let you know and arrange it.
Yes — Microsoft 365 management is a core part of the Cyber Safety Plan. This includes security configuration, user management, and routine assistance. Larger projects such as migrations or full deployments are handled as additional work and quoted separately.
The Cyber Safety Plan scales with your team — pricing is per user, so adding new staff simply means adding them to the plan. If your needs grow beyond the scope of the plan, we'll have an honest conversation about what's required and how to handle it. We don't push unnecessary complexity.
